During my recent stay at Pondok Serayu, I found the experience to be commendable in terms of value versus luxury. Nestled in the heart of Ubud, the central location allows easy access to local restaurants and shops, yet the property remains quiet, creating a peaceful ambience. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with essential amenities like an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. Martina, our host, was notably attentive; she organized a paid airport shuttle and ensured my vegan breakfast requirements were met. The simplicity of the breakfast made it feel personal, which I appreciated. The family's warmth enhanced our visit. The price point is quite reasonable for the services provided. If you're seeking a blend of comfort and value, Pondok Serayu could be a wise choice for your Ubud adventure.
